New Stuffing Blends and Rotisserie Chicken Seasonings

Just in time for the season of Fall,  Excalibur is proud to present new flavors for our stuffing blends and our rotisserie chicken seasonings.

Stuffing Blends

  • CRANBERRY APPLE
    Celebrate the harvest with the tart flavor of cranberries and juicy, ripe apples to complete a meal. Make the Pilgrims proud at Thanksgiving, or any time of year.
  • MUSHROOM AND ALMANDINE
    Yup. Those are real mushroom pieces and almond slices in this blend. Stuffing for pork or poultry. It’s up to you.
  • SAGE AND ROASTED GARLIC
    The captivating aroma of sage combines with roasted garlic. The robust mix warms the senses on cool, fall nights.
  • FENNEL SAUSAGE
    Fennel’s strong aroma with hints of licorice and anise combines with sausage for a classic take on holiday tradition.

Rotisserie Chicken Seasonings

  • SRIRACHA GINGER BEER
    Considered one of the “coolest” hot sauces in the world, the authentic flavor of Sriracha combines with lemon, zest of ginger and beer. Mouth-watering in more ways than one.
  • JAMAICAN JERK
    Our blend of Scotch-bonnet pepper, allspice and traditional sweet brown spices recreate the signs and smells of the Caribbean. It’s maad! (Jamaican for “awesome.”)
  • BUTTER GARLIC
    A common staple in the kitchen, butter “grows up” when paired with garlic. A simple, traditional approach for delicious results with poultry.
