Each fall, Excalibur celebrates a time-honored tradition, the company’s Annual Chili Cook-Off.

More than a dozen employees entered recipes in the contest, which has been a favorite event for more than a decade now.

Congratulations to Packaging Supervisor Nikki Hilset, who went home as the 2022 chili champion.

The cookoff coincided with the kickoff of Excalibur’s annual charity drive for the United Way of Pekin. Many thanks to Chris Wheeler, IT/Product Flow Manager at Excalibur, who spearheads the company’s campaign, and Heather Robertson, United Way’s Executive Director.
