Excalibur’s Popular Patty and Fresh Sausage Blends Pave the Way
When our flavors become top sellers, we don’t rest on our laurels and call it a day. We take what’s proven to resonate with our customers and build upon it in a variety of new and exciting ways. So, why not think outside the meat case with these new patty and fresh sausage flavors:
All-Natural Philly (E)* – Inspired by the much-beloved steak sandwich, this savory sea salt-based patty seasoning featuring garlic, onion, and thyme, explodes with flavor in a burger.
Bacon BBQ (E) – This combo of our popular Smokehouse BBQ Rub and new Hickory Smoked Bacon Salt “tastes like a bacon burger without all of the fat,” says our Food Technologist Bryan Dinquel.
Jalapeno Bacon Ranch (E) – And speaking of bacon, this jalapeno-flavored patty merges savory, smoky bacon with creamy ranch. “Branch,” anyone?
FRESH SAUSAGE BLENDS
Garlic Herb (bratwurst) – This starts with a garlic and onion base and finishes with red and green bell peppers.
General Tso (bratwurst) – A blend of sweet, sour, and spicy flavors rounds out this staple of Chinese-American cuisine.
Sweet Cherry Maple (sausage) -There’s real maple sugar in this blend along with sweet, tart notes of cherries.
