Welcome to 2008! I trust most of you are still busy with deer season, and I hope you are all keeping up with, or exceeding your expectations.

One thing I would mention about deer processing, would be; jalapeno, or jalapeno and cheese! Adding these, seem to be the fastest growing items when talking with processors. Whether you use it in a Bologna unit, or a Summer unit (or any other favorite for that matter), they really grow in sales each year.

Now for a new brat for you; first, I would recommend the Bleu cheese Brat (0210680), a nice flavored brat with bleu cheese already in the mix! While on the subject of Bleu Cheese, you should try our Bleu Cheese Steak Patty mix (0521330). Really nice for the true cheese lovers!

Another brat; We have a Ranch Flavored Brat, that’s a great flavored brat with that special ranch flavor – great for something new!

I guess for the last recommendation, I’ll give you another patty mix; our Pizza Patty W/Mozzarella – another very unique flavored patty that is new and upcoming!!
