We recommend that you choose 6 liquid marinades and 6 dry seasonings or rubs for your customers to choose from. These selections are placed on top of your meat and seafood full service counters in a customized, low profile service rack. The following information outlines the most complete and unique value added meat and seafood program on the market: Upon the sale of product from your full-service meat and seafood counter, your customers can select a choice of either marinade, dry seasoning, or rub. Your staff can direct them to take a promotional page describing how the program works. When questioned, the customer is directed to the choices of marinades, dry seasonings and rubs. Once your customer’s selection is complete, the meat/seafood associate places the purchase in a zip-lock bag and applies the desired marinade or seasoning. The bag is then scaled at the same retail price as their original purchase. The customer leaves with the value of a further prepared product that is marinating while they shop and the trip home. You have eliminated practically all shrink incurred through the process of cutting and display by adding 3oz. of weight to each pound of product sold. Home Dining Program to be used with the Vacuum Tumbler: Excalibur offers over 30 unique flavor profiles which are designed to produce a liquid pick up as high as 20% when using boneless, skinless chicken breasts and up to 15% when using lean, boneless cuts of beef or pork. This program includes an instruction manual which is laminated for longevity and has clear, simple use instructions. We also provide a pre-measured 1 gallon container that is ideal for mixing the recommended amount of water with the seasoning selection. Retail Products: Retail Marinades & Steak Sauce: We offer six varieties of marinades in 12 oz. bottles. Authentic Steak House, Pa’s Black Bull BBQ, Lemon Garlic, Mandarin Teriyaki, Southwest, and Lemon Pepper complete the retail line of bold flavored marinades. Also available is our spicy Bourbon Peppercorn Steak Sauce! This is the same flavor profile used in producing the award winning “Best New Beef Product in America”. We have designed a display rack that simply clips on to the meat case allowing merchandising of all 12oz. liquid products above the meat display.   Retail Seasonings/Stuffings: Our seasonings will wake up the flavor of any cut of meat or seafood. All of our seasoning blends have uniquely designed 4 color labels that will draw attention to the display. Retail displays are provided free with the first 25 case purchase. Smokehouse BBQ, Sweet & Sassy Garlic, Ultimate Steak & Roast Rub, Ultimate Chili, Ultimate Grillin’ Rub & Sprinkle, Ultimate Pork Chop & Roast Rub, Prime Rib Rub, Garlic Pepper, Cajun, Venison Rub, Cinnamon Toast and Grill In/Grill Out round out a great variety of seasonings sold in value sized 6 -8oz. shakers.
